• Designing training curriculum for both sales and contract managers.
  • Advising Senior EMEA Sales Leadership on negotiation strategy and tactics.
  • Supporting company’s end-user and major account contract activities.
  • Responsible for commercial software licensing, software as a service, transaction development and negotiations.
  • Contract management of assigned accounts.
  • Contract compliance and revenue recognition guidance.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years experience working with commercial contracts
  • Commercial contract, software as a service, and software license agreement terms.
  • Consulting Services and Reseller agreements.
  • Formalizing Enterprise Business terms.
  • Negotiating directly with the end user.

Qualified candidate must be an experienced, independent worker who can work with senior management both internally and with our customers; have 2 years plus years’ experience in a Contract Management position with a US based Software company; and a proven track record in negotiations, contract management and administration. An MBA or related training desired.
