Our Customer Experience team is the first port of call in leading the change and support all of our clients with a wide variety of issues. We are now looking to expand our coverage and we’re looking for someone in the PHT/THA(ICT) timezones.

What the job involves

  • Interact with customers to resolve queries about our platform, orders, or other support enquiries.
  • Support with account management where appropriate
  • Provide working hours chat or email support and also outbound call support
  • Log all issues and help the CS team identify opportunities for the business to improve
  • Working with the fulfilment team to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time and all communications are streamlined
  • Work with the Customer Service team to enhance and automate our operations
  • Additional “all hands on deck” tasks that are part and parcel of the experience of working at a startup!

About you

  • You already have some experience in Customer experience – chat and email based primarily. Experience with call-based is beneficial too.
  • You have an understanding of a SaaS platform and products.
