We are hiring a Customer Success Operations Intern to support our new and growing Customer Success Team. You will be joining our team at an exciting time because we just raised our Series A and now that we have successful clients using our platform we are building a stellar CS Organization. This position will report directly to the VP of Customer Success, Michelle Vock Laboy, and can be based remotely in the United States. This is a paid internship.

What you can expect to do:

  • Organize a repeatable and scalable onboarding process for Learn In CSM’s
  • Research and suggest tooling for our CS tech stack
  • Field Customer Support questions and create response templates
  • Design a customer portal and help write documentation and FAQs

What you bring to the team:

  • You are a graduate student or recent graduate with your Bachelor’s or graduate degree.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
