About our Products

Vitay is the popular reference checking software that large organizations love. Instead of manually requesting and checking references, everything is automated, white labeled and integrated into ATS, saving customers a lot of time.

Your Daily Challenges

When we welcome you aboard we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of the General Manager, Developers and the Sales team. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day.

You will be responsible for new and existing customers at Vitay. Your day to day activities as full time Customer Success Manager will look something like this:

  • Proactively building relationships with customers
  • New customer onboarding
  • Provide exceptional account management to new and existing clients including identifying customer goals, pain points and ensuring customers are successful
  • Be the customer champion when discussing the product roadmap
  • Responsible contract renewals and ensuring timely payments
  • Successfully upsell new and existing clients
  • Encouraging customers to share feedback, including on review sites
  • Customer support with product and compliance

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success/Account Management for a SaaS
  • 1+ years working with large/ enterprise clients
  • Experience working in Recruitment or Recruitment Tech – highly desirable
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working with remote teams

Your Compensation

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a remote / work from home position.
