Are you a service-oriented problem solver who gets satisfaction from helping people get the most out of technology? Then you should check this role out.
Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia, SV Angel, and Y Combinator. We are tackling the massive mortgage market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We bring security, efficiency, and joy to a paper-based pillar of the US economy. As we expand our product offering and tackle a broader swath of customers, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in…
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to support the users of our technology (including notaries and other mortgage industry pros). Engaging directly and in a hands-on way with our customers in this role, you will help them get the most out of our product while gathering their feedback and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team. Your ability to make people feel at ease will be key as you help clients in old-school, risk-averse industries to adopt a new technology.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in onboarding new clients, managing accounts, or supporting change management initiatives where you’ve had to advise clients and handle support queries. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do. People like listening to you (and you like listening to them!) You’re a resourceful and self-starting team player, hungry to contribute to the company’s overall mission.
Snapdocs strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team to make smart decisions. This means we value independent work as well as collaboration. We provide excellent benefits (listed below) and are located in both San Francisco and Denver!
Our benefits include (but are not limited to):
– 21 days of vacation
– Company subsidized health, dental, vision insurance
– Flexible spending account for healthcare and dependent care
– 401(k) with up to 4% company match
– Life and disability insurance
– Commuter benefits
