Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Services, you will lead customer data classification, analysis and reporting centered around our application – an analytical role designed to identify and provide actionable insights on all SaaS spending within the customer’s organization. Specifically, your role will consist of the following activities:
What you will do:
Manage the customer data process from receiving and validating data through classification and final report delivery
Understanding and solving customer data issues collaboratively with key stakeholders
Act as an intake point for Zylo’s “white glove” Contract Concierge service for ingesting customer supplier contracts and extrapolating key metadata.
Assemble the final customer deliverable, which professionally and elegantly summarizes customer SaaS detail, and provides valuable insights for a customer to act upon.
Be a central customer advocate, providing them with any information needed related to the product, or their own internal spend/utilization/sentiment data.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
Collaborate with multiple teams to support customer and cross-departmental initiatives
Prepare various ad-hoc reports on customer SaaS footprint on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Ensure customer service level agreements are documented and adhered to through data monitoring and reporting
Understanding internal processes to improve operational efficiencies and promote scale
What you will need:
1+ years of data analysis experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite – strong expertise in Excel.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage projects across multiple customers and be entrusted to meet strict deadlines
Nice to have:
1+ years experience using Python to extract, transform, and summarize data
1+ years experience using SQL to query and summarize data (e.g. Postgresql, Redshift)
Experience understanding and working with millions of rows of data
Strong understanding of data ETL processes and data manipulation
Effective communication skills to clearly communicate with customers and internal colleagues at various levels
