As a Tackle Demand Generation Coordinator you will create fully integrated, targeted campaigns to fill our Inbound funnels. You will leverage a combination of digital marketing, email, and direct mail to help us generate awareness and educate our target audience. Ultimately, your work will be measured on sales qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

You’ll be hands-on with the Marketing and Sales development teams to develop, execute and optimize demand generation campaigns. This role reports to our Senior Growth Manager.

You Will:

    • Collaborate with ABM, demand generation, and sales development to directly generate pipeline and revenue.
    • Help plan and execute our SEM, and paid media programs including; Adwords, Linkedin, Google Display.
    • Drive campaign optimization by testing hypotheses, and use your learnings to inform future marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee demand generation campaigns from end to end. From planning, creative and copy, landing pages, A/B testing, and reporting
    • Own ideation and execution of targeted direct mail campaigns leveraging Sendoso.
    • Craft unique web experiences using chat to engage visitors and book meetings
    • Collaborate with internal teams on content, web, Tackle-hosted and sponsored events, and design concepts that directly influence campaign components and performance

Your Skills:

    • 2-3  years experience within paid media, campaign management, or demand generation in a B2B/SaaS company.
    • Strategic, creative, and analytical skills to build data-driven marketing campaigns
    • Experience across a number of demand generation tactics including paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, direct mail, and events
    • Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Drift, Sendoso
    • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns end to end
    • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments and building effective relationships
    • Eagerness to learn a technical product in a new category
