WorkReduce is looking for multiple Digital Activation Assistants to work within a team responsible for the successful execution and management of digital media across multiple channels and markets.
This is a full-hourly remote position, EST preferred.

What You’ll Do:

    • Manage and compile Ad Server campaign reporting for internal teams including Campaign Manager, Innovid, Flashtalking, and/or IAS
    • Gather and produce campaign ad screenshots and live links for client distribution
    • Communicate with vendor partners to gather screenshots and reporting for live campaigns
    • Collect and organize vendor responses for various areas of campaign management
    • Campaign trafficking in agency’s media management system and transformation into trafficking sheets
    • Ensuring correct taxonomy in the media management system and trafficking sheets
    • Collaboration between multiple internal teams including Activation, Client Services, and Analytics

What We’re Looking For:

    • 1-3 years media experience in professional services or a corporate role in a media activation, media buying, campaign management, trafficking, analytics, or client services role
    • Experience at an agency, brand, publisher, or ad-tech partner preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft suite of products (app and online) including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills who is experienced working across complex pieces of business for a global agency or brand
    • Must be available to work EST hours
