Tackle is a fast-growing, work from anywhere, SaaS company, deeply invested in helping software companies sell faster and with less friction by leveraging the Cloud Marketplaces (like AWS, Azure, and GCP).  Tackle is hard at work building our Sales Organization as THE destination for software sales professionals at any stage of their selling careers.  As a result of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a Leader to build and grow our Inside Sales Team.  The Inside Sales Team will be responsible for carrying a quota, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.  The Inside Sales Director who leads our team will be an exceptional coach, experienced seller, and accomplished team builder.

You Are:

    • You understand the software business -how it is bought, sold, marketed and what the associated pains are with the buying and selling process
    • You‚Äôve worked high-growth SaaS companies, and have led SDR, BDR, and/or ISR Teams

You Will:

    • Create the next generation of Tackle Sales Leaders
    • Recruit, build, and maintain a high performing team of ISR‚Äôs
    • Refine Tackle‚Äôs onboarding program to ensure rapid integration of new ISR‚Äôs
    • Carry a team quota for closing sales w/in the Startup segment
    • Work closely with peers from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
    • Prepare ISRs to progress in their careers at Tackle and beyond
    • Report directly to Tackle‚Äôs CRO

Role Specific Requirements:

    • You‚Äôre oozing with customer empathy
    • Balanced High IQ/High EQ-High revving engine, strong drive, excited when your work pays off
    • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, management, and interpersonal skills
    • 2-3 Years in an SDR, BDR, or ISR Leadership role at a high growth SaaS company
    • Track record of overachievement
    • History of building successful teams
    • Fluent in the SDR/BDR/ISR stack – SFDC,¬†Gong.io, contact management and identification tool sets, Linkedin, SalesLoft, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills
    • Ability to work in dynamic, changing environment with minimal direction
