As the Director of Product Management, you will manage a team of product managers and owners to guide the continuous evolution of the Cayuse solutions. In addition, you will work with your team to ensure the products, data, workflows and user experience consistently come together to add value across the research lifecycle as part of the Cayuse Research Suite. You will work with customers, UX and user research, product marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to establish and bring engaging and delightful customer experiences. You will work on building product roadmaps to improve meaningful engagement and customer growth. You will work cross functionally to deliver real value and benefits to research organizations around the world.

About The Role

  • Set, communicate, and implement a product vision and strategy for your portfolio of solutions.
  • Mentor and coach a team of product managers and product owners
  • Partner with UX, user research, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing teams to bring engaging, delightful experiences to global customers.
  • Instill a culture of hypothesis testing, measurement, and capability of continuous learning in the product organization
  • Provide and communicate measurable impact by delivering real value to customers, on time and on budget.
  • Align and influence implementation and professional service teams to support delivery of solutions to customers and/or streamlined migration paths to latest solutions for customers.
  • Deliver new solutions and capabilities to customers per the roadmap and commitments to the market on time.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience leading a team or teams in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment with an established record of launching consumer software products or platforms.
  • Exceptional management and coaching skills.
  • Ability to mobilize the entire organization towards a common goal.
  • Explain your product portfolio’s roadmap across departments and geographies.
  • Ability to inspire and lead through influence of large teams of designers, engineers, and collaborators.
  • Ability to communicate well, whether in small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives.
  • You are comfortable making impactful decisions based on a balanced view of data, domain expertise, and gut instinct
  • You have strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly and unambiguously translate sales and client needs into technical product and engineering specifications
  • You build empathy with the people around you and put the same care into growing and supporting your team as you do into your products.
  • Experience or education in technology or business domains.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large product initiatives, united under a clearly-articulated product strategy
  • Build relationships with and manage stakeholders across the organization, developing an understanding of their priorities and pain points and partnering on solutions
  • Work closely with team members to align on an array of business and product needs, and translate that into a long-term product roadmap
  • Communicate updates on deliverables and outcomes to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering managers on planning and project management
  • Lead a team of junior, mid-level/Sr Product Managers and Product Owners and provide regular job performance feedback and career development support
  • Play an active role in our recruiting process for product as we grow our team
