Our People Operations mission is to attract, retain, and develop the very best talent, learn lots, and have fun along the way. The Diversity Talent Sourcer will help in our mission by working with our Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, other internal and external partners on candidate talent searches, contribute to process improvement and development, and talent branding.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand the business and hiring needs to increase diversity pool of talent for open positions
  • Develop sourcing plans using insights to identify talent communities, conduct outreach with potential candidates, and fill talent pipelines by promoting opportunities
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to track diversity pipeline and develop reporting for measuring progress
  • Participate in other projects, initiatives, and events as needed

What we’re looking for 

  • Experience with recruiting talent from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Experience using sourcing tools and other techniques like social recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, other external recruitment resources (websites, universities, conferences)
  • Enjoys relationship building and networking
  • Action oriented and thrives on getting things done
  • Adaptable and flexible in an ever changing environment
