What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and projects, coordinating deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
  • Lead and supervise on-site construction and subcontractor teams during installations and service activities.
  • Manage sales and maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee the development and submission of system documentation, including as-built documents, test results, and operation manuals.
  • Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and general contractors to align project requirements.
  • Ensure subcontractor work complies with all contractual and safety requirements.
  • Prepare and review subcontractor and customer price quotes to optimize profitability.
  • Define scopes of work for installation and maintenance services and coordinate equipment delivery and installation.
  • Support system testing, commissioning, and service startup activities.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, closeout, and warranty/service obligations while managing safety and insurance concerns.
  • Generate project activity reports, conduct meetings with subcontractors, and review payment requests.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with comprehensive project status reports.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, with at least 3 years of project management experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • Solid knowledge of power systems, including UPS systems, battery systems, IT cooling, substation equipment, battery energy storage systems, and solar inverters.
  • Proven expertise in project management, construction, and commissioning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Microsoft Project.
