Overview
We’re a growing, mission-led online education business focused on feminine embodiment, wellness, and Qi Gong. We’re looking for a strategic, heart-led Fractional COO / Project Manager to help bring structure, flow, and results to our operations and marketing.
You’ll work directly with the founder to organize project plans, manage a small remote team, support organic marketing and launch strategies, and track key KPIs to ensure consistent growth.
You’re a fit if you:
• Have 5+ years experience in project management and/or operations for online education businesses
• Have supported online program launches (6– or 7-figure launches a plus)
• Are an exceptional communicator and team leader
• Are highly organized and proactive, yet flexible and collaborative
• Understand organic content marketing (YouTube, podcasting, email, etc.)
• Can create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
• Thrive in remote, heart-centered, visionary environments
• Are fluent in English and available for 20–30 hours/week
Bonus if you:
• Have a background or passion for feminine embodiment, wellness, or spiritual growth
• Know tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, ActiveCampaign, or Kajabi
• Are able to begin right away and hit the ground running
What you’ll do:
• Translate big ideas into structured, clear project plans and timelines
• Manage a small, distributed team of freelancers
• Oversee organic marketing calendars & support with launch execution
• Track KPIs & create simple performance dashboards
• Identify and implement systems for smoother operations
