What this role offers:

As a Frontend Engineer at Continual you will be responsible for building an intuitive and delightful user interface to our core product.   You will play a critical role in defining both how our customers interact with our product but also how the underlying technical architecture is designed to meet those needs.  You won’t be just adding a veneer to a system, you will be helping to design a holistic product to reimagine how modern data teams unlock the value of their data.

The mission of our Frontend Engineering team is to deliver beautiful, intuitive interfaces for our customers to modify and observe the maintained intelligence that Continual provides.  As an early member of our team, you will work closely with backend engineers, ML engineers, designers, and our customers to make both design and technical decisions to help us on this mission.


  • Fluency in React and JavaScript/Typescript
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with Websockets
  • Experience building complex applications and making them simple
  • Attention to detail and craft
  • Strong communications skills and collaborative mindset
  • Curiosity, drive, and flexibility to achieve the best outcome for customers


  • Experience with data visualization
  • Knowledge of or interest in machine learning, AI, or statistics
  • Experience with Figma or similar tools
