Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; translate into high quality software components with minimal iterations
  • Technically guide teams and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure 100% quality, on-time deliverables
  • Demonstrate strong full-stack knowledge; proactively identify solutions
  • Regularly communicate project status and progress to clients
  • Think strategically, both from the end customer and business point of view
  • Learn/work within additional cloud tech stacks as opportunities arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spring Boot, Core Java
  • Skilled at functional code review
  • Any JS framework (preferably reactJS or nodeJS)
  • RDBMS familiarity (preferably postgres/MySQL)
  • Exposure to AWS, Github, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid communication skills
