Overview
We are looking for a Group Product Manager for our newly formed Web group. This group is responsible for helping marketers navigate the ever changing landscape of marketing channels. It comprised 3 to 4 PMs leading 7 small autonomous product teams. You’ll be responsible for leading our public content and core website teams. The impact on our business of this role cannot be overstated given this is where a marketers message is owned and amplified to the world.
This GPM role will be responsible for leading a growing team of PMs responsible for a suite of features that are critical to our Marketing customers. These features include:
1. Website Pages & Landing Pages
2. Blog
3. Content Experience – essentially the strategy that guides which channels to publish on, when
Marketing Web is a critical part of HubSpot’s long term strategy. These teams are instrumental in ensuring our customers have the tools they need to grow and succeed with HubSpot. In this role, the GPM will be responsible for creating and executing on the vision of how we best solve for our customers in this space, maintaining a high bar for product quality while driving an excellent customer experience throughout the product, and determining how we position our capabilities here as a competitive advantage. In this role, you’ll get to:

- Use data to identify opportunities, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make these solutions for our customers

We are looking for people who have:
- A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)
- Either been a hands-on marketer or worked closely with great marketing teams
- Experience building both 0 to 1 products as well as transforming mature products
- A passion for media, marketing trends, and generally stay current with brand awareness
- A deep focus on understanding our customers and making their experience personalized and better
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend their ideas to key stakeholders
- Implemented new ways of integrating artificial intelligence into everyday processes to drive efficiency and create value
- Experience with complex growth initiatives and product rollouts
- Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information
- Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Someone who can add to the culture of the product team and cares about diversity, inclusion, and belonging
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
