The Job
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, strategic thinker to join our team as a growth specialist and help prepare more families for all of life’s moments. In this role, you will work closely with Trustworthy’s Head of Growth to grow our direct-to-consumer business. Your main focus will be paid search and social marketing, but you will have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple different forms of marketing.

What You’ll Do
Work on marketing campaign strategies with the Head of Growth.
Build, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms.
Set up and run experiments to optimize ad creative, bidding, audiences, placements, and other tests to improve performance.
Track and report on key metrics across ad channels in collaboration with our data team.
Contribute to other growth and marketing initiatives as needed.
Communicate in-process and finished work to stakeholders.
Meet tight deadlines and pivot quickly when priorities change.
Work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
Bonus: TV, direct mail, or programmatic audio experience

2+ years of experience in a DTC growth or performance marketing role, managing budgets over $25,000 per month.
Experience managing and optimizing conversion-focused ads for paid search and social platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, and Apple Search Ads.
Experience in or interest in learning other marketing channels and techniques, including programmatic, offline, email, CRO, content marketing, and SEO.
Extremely strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the latest paid marketing and social media trends.
Data-driven approach to improving marketing performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
