What does a Head of Content Marketing Manager do at CyberGRX?

As the Head of Content Marketing, you will create both top and bottom of the funnel content – from thought leadership and brand pieces to product and technical content. You will create content roadmaps that align to corporate goals and the buyer journeys while actively testing and measuring results to create effective campaign strategies. You will develop content and content marketing strategy in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) internally to write content, and direct the content marketing team, including our Sr. Graphic Designer, to produce content that helps raise market awareness, stimulate engagement and convert leads throughout all stages of the funnel. Additionally, you will lead a team of external content marketers that are committed to developing and publishing content that engages, informs and inspires our audiences.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop content strategy, framework and all formats of content
  • Build & execute on a content roadmap that aligns to personas, buyer journey and growth needs
  • Create brand and product content that helps attract, engage and convert leads
  • Orchestrate content strategies across all platforms with adaptation for different audiences and formats
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns while owning the content marketing budget
  • Build content for TOFU activities with experience in website, SEO/SEM, social and blogs
  • Strategize and develop engaging content for TOFU through BOFU marketing campaigns
  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
  • Build out content marketing skills, capabilities, and best practices across the team in order to scale and proactively address business needs
  • Create and execute employee engagement strategies, including developing employee-related content  (e.g. blogs, interviews, etc.)

What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ years experience in content marketing/product marketing role
  • Proven ability to be data-driven and highly analytical
  • Excellent project management, time management & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in use and optimization of social media analytics
  • Experience leading and growing a marketing team

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of base salary
