Clubhouse is a new type of social product based on voice. It allows people everywhere to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world.

Our early users love the product and we have been featured in publications like The New York Times, Forbes, The Telegraph, TechCrunch, CNBC, and WIRED. Today, we are a small and productive team with a strong background in consumer products. We are well funded, with recent backing from top-tier VCs and many of the best angel investors from Silicon Valley and beyond.

The Role

As the leader of the Creators team, you’ll report to the Global Head of Marketing and work closely with our founders, product, operations, and data teams to help us build incredible experiences and opportunities for our world class live social audio creators. During the pandemic, we are working remotely. This role will be open to both local and US-based, remote candidates. We will have an office in San Francisco when we are able to safely reopen our office for those who prefer to work in person.

You are experienced. You’ve built a lifetime of experience overseeing global strategy, content partnerships, community development and talent or creator management.  You have a proven track record of creating and improving processes and driving cultural changes at multiple stages of a company.

What you will do

You’ll oversee global creators.  As part of the Clubhouse team, you will move fast. You’ll be responsible for global strategy, operations and partner management for Clubhouse Creators. You’ll build a team that will work with creators across different verticals and you will help build, grow and expand their presence on Clubhouse, while supporting Creators to develop into the next generation of creators and superstars. As a growth strategist, you will drive global long-term strategy to build creator income while building new scaled creator and partnership programs.
