Job Summary

This role leads the implementation of Indiegraf’s in-house client services, currently including audience and advertising service offerings. They’re responsible for ensuring the team delivers scalable, quality services to a rapidly growing network of publishers.

 

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be leading the services teams and will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment, training, mentoring and performance for the team.
  • Recruiting and managing contractors and freelancers, as needed.
  • Developing, tracking, reporting and executing on the team OKRs.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the services we provide, enabling you to support the team in troubleshooting effectively.
  • Ensuring team processes, deliverables, workflows and overall resource management is iterated upon and optimized for scale and efficiency.
    Coordinating service requests and providing the team a clear schedule, helping them commit to and deliver on a set timeline.
  • Assigning tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, workload capacity, and project priorities.
    Communicating the company’s long-term vision clearly to your team, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated towards the same goals.
  • Collaborating with other Senior Managers to develop a cohesive strategy that outlines actionable steps to achieve the company’s long-term vision, leveraging collective expertise and insights.
  • Analyzing and interpreting operational data to unearth opportunities.
  • Delivering excellent service delivery for clients, ensuring quality control standards are met.
    Working closely with the customer service team to support escalated client requests.
    Fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new strategies to achieve scalability and profitability.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Leadership or management experience
    High attention to detail and experience leading multiple, contending priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with multi-vendor marketplaces an asset
  • Strong time management skills; ability to meet deadlines and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Technical skills including:
    • WordPress
    • Google suite of tools (incl. Analytics and Ads)
    • Social media platforms (incl. Meta, X and Reddit)
    • Email service providers (incl. Ghost, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign)
    • Ad serving platforms (inc. Google Ads Manager, Broadstreet, AdButler)
  • Strong understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
    Adept in leading through change.
