What you’ll be getting up to

  • Support our software products as they change and expand
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering
  • A resonance with our Bench and Technology principles
  • A deep knowledge of the frontend, and broad knowledge of the backend
  • Demonstrable ability to work with a high level of autonomy
  • You’ll need to have helped colleagues to learn and grow by sharing your knowledge and experience with them

It’s an even better fit if you have:

  • A high level of competence in Typescript (ReactJS/NodeJS)
  • A high level of competence in JVM languages (Java/Scala)
  • A high level of competence in AWS technologies
  • Little or no fear with diving into other people’s code to diagnose and resolve issues, or to add enhancements.
  • Previous experience in a support engineering type of role
  • A passion that you want to tell us about!

  • This is a full-time permanent position because we want to spend lots of time with your wonderful self!
  • This position offers an annual salary, stock options, and an extended benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision.
  • Vacation in the Technology organization is unlimited. 2 weeks paid time off, and unlimited flex days.

  • Our salary band for this role is between $108,000-$135,000. We’ve recently made a change to our compensation process – learn more about why and what practices we’re putting in place here.
