Great! Because HubSpot’s Marketing Technology team is looking for someone to help us manage and improve the systems behind the way the marketing team connects with our customers.

As a member of the team, you will work closely with our global marketing team as well as our partners in Product Development, Business Enablement, and Sales. You’ll be a trusted resource for our international marketers, who will turn to you for technical help with running their campaigns.  And you’ll be tasked with developing advanced technical solutions for international challenges.


While responsibilities may change from time to time as needs change, the core of your role will:

  • Be the point person for the systems strategy and rollout of marketing campaigns to our international database, by advising on campaign implementation, and sometimes building it yourself.
  • Communicate consistently with international stakeholders on business concerns, areas of opportunity, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Intake and organize issues and concerns, work cross-functionally to design creative workarounds, and implement solutions using both HubSpot tooling as well as outside resources.
  • Consistently analyze the HubSpot database to uncover new opportunities within our ever-growing database.

  • You should have knowledge of CRM and marketing systems (list segmentation, automation tools, forms on websites, etc.)

  • You should be excited to bring fresh ideas on how we can improve our systems and processes.
  • You should be a great collaborator, able to manage relationships with stakeholders across the business.
