Overview

Tenfold is looking for a Lead Business Operations Analyst to join our team. You will report directly to Tenfold’s CFO with an unique opportunity to work alongside Tenfold’s leadership team by providing cross-functional support to improve process automation, KPI development and reporting, and overall operational excellence. You will deep-dive our processes and policies, provide recommendations, and drive functional change to improve overall business operations. Most importantly you will ensure that data is accurate and reliable to report across each key business unit the critical metrics and KPIs to drive scale across Tenfold. This role will require he highest level of quality, professionalism, and a passion to solve problems.

The Lead Business Operations Analyst must be authorized to work in the US and have Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Lead discussions with the business to analyze and define processes, including pain points, key gaps, metrics and areas of opportunity
  • Work closely with leadership to understand the business and critical processes including GTM sales strategy, renewals, etc.
  • Execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and reporting
  • Integrate systems, enhance tool functionality, and automate tasks to provide a seamless experience for end users
  • Outline project timelines, determine resource requirements, partner with project stakeholders, and report accordingly to requesting team
  • Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and monitor data accuracy
  • Create and maintain clear and concise process and procedure documentation
  • Manage communication templates and mass customer communications to ensure standard processes are followed & executed properly
  • Train and assist employees to use new systems and/or process frameworks
  •  Establish and maintain quality assurance program

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a business operations or business analyst role
  • Fluent Salesforce experience; SFDC Admin (ADM201) Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated project and/or program management experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of SaaS analytics across finance, sales & customer success
  • Experience in business process improvement, including gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Excellent understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, & motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, & down multiple organizations
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute & document ideas and concepts with little to no day-to-day direction
  • Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-on technical and business process experience
  • Advanced experience with Excel is required

Experience with all of the following is highly preferred: Salesforce, Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence), Outreach, Zendesk, Intacct, & any subscription management platforms
