Lead Data Analyst – U.S. Remote or Lincoln, NE

As we build a best-in-class B2B SaaS platform, we’re doing it alongside a group of high-performing “no excuses just results” people.

The Lead Data Analyst will be self-accountable and have experience building data infrastructure to increase the value and usability of data at Opendorse. This person will also lead and manage a team of Data Analysts.

Core Functions & Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with the leadership team and senior leaders within the business to define KPIs, evangelize data-driven decision making, and develop business forecasts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and make recommendations that support business needs
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from our business partners
  • Leverage the correct data technology to support top-level business strategy
  • Pursue continuous improvement to data hygiene and processes
  • Write documentation for data reporting and processes
  • Analytical ability to collect, organize, model, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data
  • Lead junior analysts through coaching and mentorship

What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years using PowerBI, Tableau, or other comparable tools
  • 2-3 years leading data analysts
  • 5+ years proficient using SQL
  • Agile Methodologies
