Who We’re Looking For:

Do you have a passion for all things digital marketing? PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, CTA, CTR, SEO, and RTB? Want to join a team where you’ll have a big impact? We’ve got a brand new role that might be right for you! We’re looking for a Manager, Digital and Performance Marketing to own our digital strategy and take Procurify to the masses! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building our overall digital marketing strategy, planning and executing our PPC and SEO initiatives (organic and paid), and supporting performance across Procurify’s digital properties (website, blog, knowledgebase, and social media channels).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage Procurify’s digital marketing strategy focused on building brand awareness, educating our target audience, driving highly qualified marketing leads into our funnel, and converting those leads to sales qualified opportunities
  • Alongside the VP, Marketing, build the vision for the digital and performance function at Procurify, focused on building a strong foundation, developing existing team members, future team growth, mentorship, and daily management of team initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of the prospect and customer digital journey, developing compelling multi-channel digital campaigns, paid and organic, to attract leads in partnership with Product Marketing and Demand Generation/Marketing Programs Team
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to support the distribution of our content and event strategy, and help align the content strategy with demand generation goals
  • Work with our Growth Team to support execution of account marketing strategies that increase awareness and pipeline conversion performance
  • Develop, execute, and optimize Procurify’s paid search/digital advertising strategy including executing day-to-day ad spending and performance optimization to drive highly qualified leads into our funnel
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize digital conversion points, including website, blog, CTAs, forms, social media channels, and landing pages, to assist with lead capture and conversion
  • Assist team members with setting up and tracking website performance
  • Provide team members and leadership with ongoing performance reporting for all digital advertising channels and digital properties
  • Other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of digital and performance marketing experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience with direct reports
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads, Social ads (Primarily LinkedIn & Facebook), and paid review sites (Gartner & G2) including day-to-day management of campaigns and optimizations
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and alignment of paid and organic strategies
  • Experience managing a P&L of $1M+
  • A college diploma or university degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
  • Proven track record of success building and managing digital strategy within the technology sector with demonstrated ability to improve lead generation while optimizing performance
  • Advanced experience implementing and managing Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • A knowledge of B2B Marketing mechanics. You’ve worked with leads and funnel reporting, you understand pipeline, conversion, and marketing attribution models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Not afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’ and be involved in executing programs/initiatives yourself

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Any of the following certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and LinkedIn Marketing Labs
  • Previous experience with WordPress and WebFlow
