We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Product Management to join the team at Theorem. You have a proven systematic approach to building product roadmaps and overseeing Product Managers to execute world class and complex software applications and products. You thrive in an agile, consultative environment.

As a Manager of Product Management at Theorem, you’ll establish a product vision and build a strategy to support it. You’ll be overseeing a team of 5-6 Product Managers across work executed for a number of notable clients. You’ll be the direct report for those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. You will consult with our clients and deliver products that align with their requirements and customers.

You’ll modify and implement your leadership playbook to manage and optimize your Product Teams, communicating efficiently and with precision. You’ll guide the clients and product teams in architecting the product roadmap and overall strategy. You will need to communicate product strategy and status to all relevant participants and stakeholders. You’ll need to be accountable for the effectiveness of your Product Managers.


You come from a diverse background of scope and complexity of products.
You have experience of working and leading in a consultative, agile capacity.
You’ve led a Product Management Team
You can manage through complexity, lead with influence, make hard decisions, and persevere when things are less than ideal.
You can clearly identify and create KPIs to monitor the performance of your team.
You have delivered successful and innovative products from ideation to completion.
You can define and measure success metrics for product areas and specific product managers.
