We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to join our rapidly growing GTM organization. In this role, you will serve as a key foundational hire in helping to scale our overall sales operations capabilities. Reporting to our Senior Director, Sales Operations and Strategy, you will help with a broad set of operational responsibilities across reporting, compensation, planning, systems, and deal desk. To be successful, you will be able to operate in an unstructured, fast paced environment and look forward to building the foundations for our future growth. You will have the desire to tackle several critical operational and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

    •  Serve as the primary business partner to various parts of the GTM Organization including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
    • Play an integral role in creating SFDC reporting and analytics including dashboards and reports
    • Assist with managing pipeline reviews
    • Help to stand-up a deal desk and contract management function including assisting with quote creation and deal structuring
    • Partner with our finance org to assume responsibility for the accurate and timely assessment and payment of commissions
    • Drive compensation plan creation in partnership with GTM leadership and finance
    • Support the territory design and headcount planning process
    • Assist with future GTM technology stack implementations including forecasting and quota tools
    • Collaborate with marketing operations on various cross functional projects

Requirements

    • 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations at a high growth technology-related environment
    • Highly proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint and are technically savvy with other data systems (like Xactly, QuotaPath, Gong/Chorus, and Clari)
    • Experience with quote creation, contract review, and sales compensation
    • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
    • Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly & easily
    • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
    • Ability to build and implement process improvements and systems automation to drive efficiency
