About the role

We’re looking for a creative marketer who is passionate about bringing children and families behavioral health support, at this time when it’s needed more than ever. As a part of our member marketing team, you will be a key part of driving member growth and engaging families across the country in Brightline.

In this role, you will create multi-channel content that will drive member awareness, enrollment through our health plan and employer partners, and engagement over time. You will partner closely with our Product, Design, and Content teams to identify cross-functional opportunities for member engagement and experience. The ideal team member will have rockstar writing skills, a keen eye for creative and design, and expertise in engaging consumer audiences.


  • Develop and deploy multi-channel content for member enrollment campaigns, including email, SMS, and digital and print toolkit materials
  • Develop content for consumer-facing external channels including member blog and social media, in partnership with our Brand & Design team members
  • Create cadence of content-driven campaigns for engaging member through our health plan and employer partnerships throughout the year
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, and Content teams to develop shared strategies for content development and member engagement
  • Partner with our Member Growth cross-functional team to measure and understand the performance of member marketing content on enrollment numbers

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with focus on D2C and/or B2B2C brands
  • Outstanding creative writing skills and experience in content creation across marketing channels
  • Sharp eye and love for all things creative, design, and brand
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work cross-functionally, including with product, clinical, content, and programs teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, multitask, manage time effectively, and work autonomously on projects with minimal oversight
