Fundrise offers a wonderful in-person environment at our Washington, DC headquarters if that’s what you are looking for as well as a fully-remote option, including company-paid access to WeWork, from any location in the United States.

Our mission at Fundrise is to allow everyone access to a technology driven, diversified portfolio of institutional-quality real estate. Founded in 2012, we’re the largest direct-to-investor real estate investment platform in the United States. We make institutional-quality real estate investments available to individual investors of every size at the touch of a button.

Since our launch, Fundrise has raised over $2.4 billion from investors in all 50 states and has been honored on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies and the Financial Times 2020 and 2021 ranking of the Americas’ fastest growing companies. We’ve also been recognized as Nerdwallet’s Best Real Estate Investment Platform of 2021.

You will own the preparation and development of content associated with the properties in Fundrise’s fast-growing portfolio of real estate assets, to be published directly to our audience of 210,000+ investors, multiple times per week.  As a key member of a broad, x-functional team, you will work in partnership with the Real Estate and Lifecycle teams to deepen the knowledge shared with Fundrise investors about the assets that make up their portfolios.  This stream of content is imperative to our investors’ overall product experience — to be successful you will have to demonstrate a deep understanding of the subject matter (real estate transactions) and possess the communication skills to translate that subject matter into highly engaging content, accessible to all.  You will eventually be required to help manage a x-functional team through a work process that requires strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.  If successful, you will help uplevel the experience of every Fundrise investor.

    • Developing content founded on a high level of understanding of real estate investing, for two primary, highly scrupulous audiences: our investors and other members of our marketing team, who repurpose this content for their own channels.
    • Collaborating with our Lifecycle, Real Estate, Accounting, and Product teams to help drive the organization and execution of the real estate asset updates that are sent to investors.
    • Identifying incremental opportunities for us to engage with our investor base on the properties and strategies that make up their portfolios.
    • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting the performance of your content with an eye towards finding ways to iterate and optimize towards better performing content.
