Full-Time | Leadership Role

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for strategic account management and team development? Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a National Account Management Manager to lead our National Account Manager organization. This high-impact role is responsible for driving national account strategies, managing key relationships, and delivering on CPSD’s long-term growth objectives.


What You’ll Do:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Manage all sales activities of the CPSD National Account Manager organization.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with division and company goals.
  • Track performance against targets and recommend improvements to strategy, policy, and product offerings.

Team Development & Coaching

  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and coaching to direct reports.
  • Oversee goal setting, performance reviews, and incentive planning.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and staffing plans.

Customer & Industry Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and customer organizations.
  • Represent CPSD at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support contract negotiations and product launches.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with MELCO, TMEIC, MEUS, and other MEPPI divisions and affiliates.
  • Champion the use of software-based sales tools and CRM platforms.

Organizational Leadership

  • Lead staff in alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Support employee development through training, cross-training, and continuing education.
  • Promote MEPPI’s professional image through effective internal and external interactions.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in selling power quality products or services.
    • 5+ years managing manufacturer reps, resellers, distributors, and direct reports.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Advanced leadership and team development skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and materials.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
