As our first Operations Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for “running the business” processes such as monthly reporting, recurring meetings, user operations all hands, etc. In addition, you will be owning complex operations projects end-to-end from strategy to execution. We will rely on you to facilitate quarterly hindsight analysis and help set forward looking OKRs. Overall you will serve as the operational thought partner for the Operations Management team to push innovation. Not only will you be contributing to Snapdocs “Operating Rhythm” but you will be perfecting our information flow (what is the right mix of meetings, asynchronous comms, etc.)

Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in the consulting industry, chief of staff role, or internal strategy function and can stay calm in high pressure roles like this one. You have an in-depth understanding of what it takes to be a “full stack operator” meaning you can clearly articulate a problem, think of many different ways to attack that problem, recommend the best path forward, and execute on the solution. You have a strong understanding of excel and are able to tell stories using data-informed insights as well as build “punchy and concise” presentation decks with high precision and velocity. We would love you to have experience with reporting and metrics for customer service or operations organizations as well as a background in people management experience and pulling data using SQL.

Colorado applicants: This role pays $122,000 – 142,000 annually plus participation in our equity plan (pay for other locations may vary).
