The Partner Accounts Operations Coordinator (PAOC) maintains and expands relationships with third-party organizations that resell to and/or refer the Hyperproof platform to their customers. Our PAOC is assigned to named partners, to lead onboarding and assist in the growth of our partners to achieve joint objectives. The PAOC represents the entire range of company products to assigned partners while leading both program and account planning activities.

The Partner Accounts Operations Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Partnerships.

You’ll establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned partner accounts. You’ll coordinate the involvement of company champions, including support, service, and management resources, in order to drive account performance objectives and communicate partners’ expectations. You’ll plan, execute, and lead our partner onboarding and the annual account performance planning process evaluating and assessing annual objectives. You’ll proactively anticipate, and clarify partners on an ongoing basis in partnership with Hyperproofs cross-functional teams.

You’ll coordinate marketing communications activities across partners. This includes a monthly newsletter, managing quarterly partner calls, developing sales enablement resources, and managing ongoing awareness and incentive campaigns for reselling partners. Present live product demos, educate partners on how to elevate Hyperproof’s value, and share our vision and the future of Hyperproof’s technologies. You’ll build and manage joint action plans to align our partners on mutual outcomes.


Experience â€“ 2+ years in a customer or partner-facing role in the Commercial or Enterprise market segments, preferably selling into B2B SaaS organizations.

Customer obsession â€“ history of going above and beyond expectations, building tight relationships with your customers and above all acting with integrity and transparency to represent Hyperproof.

Excellent communication skills â€“ ability to build alignment and clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Winning as a team selling â€“ coordinates with sales specialists, support resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. Closely coordinates company executive involvement as needed. Works closely with Customer Success to ensure partner satisfaction and problem resolution.

Education â€“ four-year college degree from an accredited institution.

Experience in governance, risk, compliance or cybersecurity industries.

Experience within a high-growth technology company.

Familiarity with our tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Chorus, Highspot, Quala, Zoom
