At ConsenSys, our Global Partner team accelerates ConsenSys growth and overall ecosystem by building and managing relationships with the leading professional services companies, cloud vendors, and technology partners to help their customers successfully adopt or build on our platforms and products.

We are looking for an outstanding partner program manager to grow and scale marketing and operations for our fast-growing partner ecosystem. As partner program manager, you will play a significant role in defining and communicating Consensys’s product stack and value proposition across our partner ecosystem, specifically with strategic alliance partners. You will collaborate with our channel sales, direct sales, and broader marketing teams to support global strategy, co-marketing campaigns, and content production with Consensys’s partners.  Our partner program is poised to grow significantly in the coming year and this role provides a unique opportunity to help craft the future success of this program on a global scale.

The impact you will have:

  • Define and execute the partner marketing and engagement strategy for one of the fastest-growing companies in an exciting space
  • Create a best in class partner portal and engagement model to enable our partners on our value proposition


  • Strategy: Create and execute our partner content and engagement  strategy globally working closely with cross-functional teams in Consensys
  • Marketing: Develop communication strategies, content creation, and marketing activities for and with partners; work with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to develop partner content (datasheets, case studies, solution briefs, email copy, web-design, etc.)
  • Operations: Manage execution of partner campaigns and events, working closely with global field marketing teams and partner team; manage Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) Portal and vendor relationship
  • Working as a Team: Work with marketing team, product managers, solution architects channel and direct sales to create content and joint partner marketing opportunities; be adept at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals


  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in delivering partner campaigns, events, and joint content
  • Experience working at a technology company, preferably in emerging space
  • A proven track record of understanding complex technologies and extracting compelling value propositions for different audiences
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills, including consolidating monthly/quarterly marketing activities results
  • Interest in blockchain
