We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships & Marketing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our ad sales and affiliate revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with brand and retail partners, ensuring that all campaigns are executed seamlessly and exceed their goals. You will operate as an external and internal partner for campaign setup, management, and support. This is an ideal role for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who is looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving abilities in a creative environment.

What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate with Partnerships & Marketing team members in various locations (HQ and throughout the US)
    • Manage and support clients to ensure accurate contract fulfillment, quality control, and excellent customer service
    • Track, measure, analyze and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
    • Organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule
    • Own asset gathering, creation, production, and archiving for campaigns, campaign pacing, performance and optimization opportunities
    • Prepare and distribute performance reports, both specific to customer and general program performance
    • Ensure proper execution against contracts and IOs
    • Deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellenceWork in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment

Who You Are

    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, ability to delegate tasks
    • Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Great interpersonal skills including poise, tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive situations and client relationships
    • Solid communicator
    • Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
    • Knowledge of media campaign terms and acronyms, such as CTR, CPM, ROS, flighting, etc
    • Thrive working independently and act on own initiative
    • Excited about ability to develop with a nascent ad sales team, wearing multiple hats and taking on a variety of roles, from ad operations to media planning, to product development and pricing

What You’ve Done

    • 3+ years of professional work experience in digital marketing or media
    • Experience working with clients – agencies and advertisers – at a media company, as an account manager and/or experience with making and executing media plans
    • High proficiency in Keynote, Google Docs, and project management tools such as Asana
    • Worked with creative, sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams
