Critical to our mission is ensuring that all people decisions made at HubSpot are data-driven, the People Analytics team will lead the charge in collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to enable us to make decisions around our candidates and employees that optimize their experience and growth potential with HubSpot and beyond.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Perform various analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators to support strategic initiatives to drive optimal headcount growth across the company
Package and sell recommendations to stakeholders through a thoughtful combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative contextual storytelling
Translate insight into action, communicating data in a way that drives meaningful change across the business
Develop measurable People Operations initiatives and programs that accelerate team achievement and improve productivity
Partner closely with a collaborative team of analysts and data scientists to build workforce solutions that drive business value
We are looking for people who:
Understand how to translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements
Use information design strategies in their day-to-day, and understand the importance of distilling complex insights into the need-to-know
Can communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams
Have very strong Excel knowledge, and experience working with SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker are a plus.
Are able to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create innovative solutions to complex business problems
Are relentless in their drive to understand how HubSpot can invest in our employees
