Overview
Our Professional Services team provides strategic and technical guidance to customers throughout their HubSpot journey, ensuring they get maximum value from their investment. As an Inbound Consultant, you’ll work one-on-one with customers in the SMB and Enterprise markets in EMEA, helping them achieve extraordinary growth through their adoption of HubSpot’s methodologies and platform. You’ll apply your expertise in business growth, strategy, and HubSpot products to consult with teams across the organization, from sales and marketing to customer success and C-suite leadership.
The Principal Inbound Consultant is a senior role in HubSpot’s Professional Services team. You will be responsible for driving business transformation for HubSpot’s high-value customers in the DACH region, using your insights and expertise to provide consultative support and strategic decision-making. You will also work closely with Services Leadership to improve the Services practice and drive a world-class Services department.
This role is available in Germany, Ireland, UK, Spain, Netherlands, and France.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Advise customers on using HubSpot software to drive growth
- Provide on-site and remote consulting services across all HubSpot products
- Consult with various user types, including sales, marketing, and senior management
- Help customers develop goals and KPIs and link them to HubSpot product features
- Mentor and coach team colleagues
- Build long-term relationships with customers and turn them into power users
- Guide customers in inbound, sales, and service methodologies
- Deliver strategic and creative solutions to drive product adoption
- Support pre-sales to position Inbound Consulting and answer questions
- Be a trusted advisor for your customers
We are looking for people who have:
- Fluency in English and German
- Substantial experience in strategy, business, or marketing consulting across customer teams, including senior leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success in aligning diverse priorities to achieve organizational goals
- Extensive background in designing and executing consulting projects for large-scale enterprises in business services, marketing, or technology
- Passionate about assisting clients to achieve their goals and driving their success
- Proven track record in quantifiably influencing customer outcomes and managing change
- Proficient in innovative problem-solving
- Proven ability to exceed performance expectations and adapt to changing business requirements
