Who you are:

To qualify for this role, you are a sharp, analytical thinker who is excited to turn huge amounts of information into actionable insights. The Product Analyst is responsible for enhancing our user behavior analytics. As a product analyst, you will support and guide decisions based on data. This entails implementing and improving analytics across the multiple products within the business.

This is a full-time, remote position.

What you will do:

  • Be a team player with excellent communication and team building skills to work across technical and business teams
  • Be a self starter, comfortable in a fast paced environment and the ambiguity that sometimes comes with that.
  • Manage multiple small to medium scale projects
  • Expand analytics coverage across company products and platforms
  • Monitor and escalate issues across our platforms as they arise
  • Build dashboards and reports for product performance management and insights
  • Analyze data to accurately explain trends and outcomes
  • Query and analyze data from various systems
  • Be able to present analysis around the user journey to technical and non-technical
  • Audiences
  • Provide support for conversion optimization and A/B testing efforts results and influence stakeholders with details around business to key KPIs.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • At least 2 years of experience in web/app analytics
  • Approach problem solving with an analytical approach, demonstrating the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
  • Able to work across multiple functions
  • Able to work with teams across different geographies and organizational levels to develop solutions; engages and involves key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have strong speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Independent, self motivated, and a team player
  • Experience in Web Analytics, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with product analytics software such as Amplitude or Full Story
  • SQL experience is a plus
