Overview
Are you a broadly skilled Product Designer with a passion for UI, UX, and user research to iteratively drive user value and retention? Then join our band to support our so-called Boomerang team in making sure that our users regularly engage with our app and continue their Fretello guitar learning journey.
Your playground:
- Creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and our users
- Crafting thoughtful interfaces based on established design system guidelines and contributing to further advance them
- Running user testing experiments, validating hypotheses, and preparing insights
- Participating in design critiques and frequently giving and receiving feedback to and from other team members
- Contributing insights that continuously evolve our product roadmap
- Working closely with developers to see designs through to implementation
- Co-creating, guiding as well as evaluating experiments and communicating their impact
- Facilitating product-related workshops with the goal of increasing business and user value, aligning stakeholders and concluding with actionable next steps
What to bring along:
- At least 4 years in both UI and UX design, including experience with Figma or Sketch
- Knowledge across product design, from user research through to visual and interface design
- Experience designing for mobile apps and up-to-date knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and their design guidelines
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the reasons behind design decisions as well as curiosity to learn new tools and approaches
- A strong sense of ownership and inner drive to move things forward
- At ease with navigating ambiguity as well as uncertainty and learning along the way
- Bonus points for experience making Lottie animations, or animating with After Effects
- Be based within 3 hours of CET

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 42.000 to a maximum of EUR 50.000. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your skills and experience.
