At Snapdocs, we are on a mission to enhance the real estate closing process with efficiency and transparency so that lenders can close their loans sooner and home buyers can move into their dream homes quicker. As we expand our product offerings and tackle the challenges of on boarding large amounts of new customers, we’re looking for smart, talented, and curious designers who have a passion for creating great customer experiences. If you’re a user-centric product designer looking to join a great team and solve difficult problems we’d love to meet you!

As an early product designer, you will be a key member of our design team. You will identify and solve problems around things like fully digital closings, our e-note product and scaling our platform to handle bringing on a large swath of new customers. You will develop working relationships with colleagues across the business, and actively look for mentorship from others and contribute to the wider design community. You will design software that reimagines real estate transactions with simplicity and streamlined experiences that put people first.
Our ideal candidate has one or more years of experience, recent grads are encouraged to apply! We’re targeting designers with experience working on design projects that are complex and can face ambiguity with curiosity and calm. You are excited to learn the ropes and work alongside your product and engineering teammates to define problems to be solved—and you utilize input from customers, the business, and our vision of the future. You’re always thinking about the holistic product, user experience, and potential interactions between different products, features and platforms. You have an aesthetic eye, and you can use layout, typography, and visual hierarchy subtly and effectively—and use those skills to critique and mentor other designers so we can all grow our skills and design a better product for our users.
