What you’ll do as a Staff Product Manager at CareRev is build products, set priorities and vision, learn our customers while advocating for them. With an emphasis on our mobile experiences you will be the chief evangelist of one of our products by conducting user interviews and utilizing advanced data analytics to further enhance our product offerings.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and product adoption by learning our customer needs and understanding our competitive landscape. Setting priorities and vision to determine the product priority that aligns with corporate goals and technical resources.
We are a YC S16 graduate and believe in quickly iterating on features to build products that people want. We deploy multiple times a day and work within a hybrid kanban/scrum system. We believe in the agile manifesto, but not the industry straight jacket that has arisen around what it means to be “agile”. Build stuff that works, communicate across the company, react quickly to degradations in system/feature performance, have ideas on how to solve ever-evolving problems, respect and collaborate with fellow CareRevengineers, CareRevers, and customers.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience working with engineering teams on B2C or B2B products.
- 3+ years of experience leading product for mobile applications.
- You are a self-starter and have a history of successfully building and managing products that users love.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations across the company.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in small, high growth startup preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
