This role is part of the limited Aha! Associate Program

Do you want to learn from experienced product development professionals and be on the inside at one of the most successful SaaS companies — from the comfort of your home or remote office? The Aha! Associate Program provides full-time employment in our Product Success organization.

Our Product Success team is unique because we do not have sales or traditional support professionals. Product Success at Aha! is responsible for supporting our customers as they try, buy, and grow their use of our software. If you love to work directly with customers, answer technical questions, and demo dynamic software, this program is for you.

In addition to serving customers, you will get ongoing education curriculum to learn best practices in product management, go-to-market activities, and product implementation services. Over time, you will also develop deep skills in agile, kanban, and SAFe® development methodologies.

You will learn and grow together with a cohort of associates who will start at the same time. And you will do all of this while serving the world’s most innovative companies and helping them build and launch new products.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Two years of work experience in a high-tech company
  • Experience managing at least one complex project in a team setting
  • Passion for supporting product and company builders
  • History of displaying grit and perseverance when solving unfamiliar problems
  • Outstanding writing skills

Your work at Aha!

We show customers what is possible with our software — from answering customer requests to sharing product development best practices to leading demos. As a Product Success Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering responsive customer service using our proven frameworks
  • Leading demos for early-stage customers and new teams
  • Sharing best practices to help customers set strategy, capture ideas, prioritize work, and create visual roadmaps
  • Helping customers integrate Aha! with their existing tools (e.g., development systems)
  • Guiding customers from initial demo to active subscription, through procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Sharing customer feedback internally
  • Testing new product functionality as needed
