The world is changing at an accelerating rate and understanding the shifting landscapes has never been more critical. Primer is the premier artificial-intelligence powered platform that allows humans to get information that they need, instantly, in ways that until now have not been possible. We believe that truth is knowable; our mission is to free the curious to be their most human. We are building machines that can read natural language text documents, understand them, correlate them into events, and share what they learn by writing their own natural language text documents.
At Primer we use machine learning and natural language processing to automate the analysis of very large corpora of unstructured text. We build systems that read documents, extract insights, and write reports comparable to those of a human analyst. Our objective is to help our customers understand the world around them –– from geopolitical events and scientific research to changes in the risk profiles of companies. Our clients include some of the world’s largest corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies. You can learn more about Primer’s technology and the sort of problems we solve at our blog, as well as recent media coverage of our work.

The Team:

We build machines that can read and write, automating the analysis of very large datasets. Primer’s technology is deployed by some of the world’s largest government agencies, financial institutions and Fortune 50 companies.

Here at Primer, our mission is to accelerate our understanding of the world. This requires a team effort in the deepest sense, whether you are honing an algorithm to solve a problem or working with our customers to identify their most important problems. We value initiative, creativity and integrity.

We work with some of the largest and most successful companies and organizations in their industries. Our passion is developing solutions that enable our partners to solve their most difficult challenges. To accomplish this we work closely with the teams at Primer to ensure that our analytic products adapt rapidly to the needs of the customer, as well as anticipate needs on the horizon.

The Job:

We are looking for an aggressive, highly organized individual to identify, direct and manage proposals, business capture and expansion opportunities, both independently and in collaboration with Teams from across Primer. You will own the proposal process with an eye toward constant improvement.

Relationship Management: You will develop a network of contacts within Primer to ensure that proposals align with our strategic technological and business objectives and to ensure Primer is well-positioned to tackle any business opportunities you capture.

Content Generation: You will use your creativity and technical knowledge to curate and develop a content library of proposals, briefs and graphics that can be used to advance business opportunities company-wide.

Capture Management: You will work with key stakeholders throughout the company to pursue long term opportunities and execute Primer’s capture, pricing and outreach strategy through proposals, white papers and other documents.
