The Revenue Operations Support Analyst role is an opportunity to be a pioneer in an exciting new global business support function at SailPoint. The Analyst will provide valuable day-to-day insights and first line support to the Revenue Operations and Revenue Leadership teams. This includes operational tasks across: Marketing, Inside Sales, Sales, Partners, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and Training. The successful individual must be able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, establish priorities and own deliverables end-to-end. This individual must have an ability to work with limited instruction and oversight, and able to manage delivery of high-quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with ongoing and overlapping deadlines within time constraints.


  • Be a trusted person of best practices across many processes
  • Provide routine and ad hoc administration within Salesforce and other primary business tools including account management and data hygiene tasks
  • Provide support to each function, and ensure the adherence to internal SailPoint best practices, along with optimizing processes
  • Measure the impact of operations and strategic initiatives by gathering and combining relevant data, including operational metrics, analyzing the data and presenting findings
  • Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations
  • To produce trusted insight and analysis to support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs
  • Ensure data and key deliverable updates are made in a timely manner and are coordinated across systems including Salesforce
  • Utilize a variety of tools to complete day-2-day activities

Qualifications/Desired attributes:

  • Relevant experience in enterprise software sales of which a minimum of 1 year has been in a support function
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and process several tasks concurrently
  • Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges
  • A motivated self-starter with a high energy-level and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and drive to resolution
  • Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present issues and solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent system skills

System Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool desirable
  • Experience with AI workflow/process automation tools an advantage
