Zocdoc’s Sales Lab is a space for curious, driven and successful sales executives who are looking to innovate, test and grow.  As a Sales Associate – Sales Lab you’ll play a meaningful role as you lead commercial conversations with prospective clients while testing new products, processes, and methods with a direct impact on the future of the business. Your day to day is…

  • Full ownership of closing new logos in the healthcare space
  • Authentically communicating with business leaders at healthcare organizations to understand their challenges and convey Zocdoc as a potential solution
  • Prioritizing your activity across your pipeline to consistently generate new business for Zocdoc
  • Collaborating with the customer success and account management team to ensure new clients are set up for long term success on Zocdoc
  • Testing and piloting new strategies and directions focused on improving the processes and products of the business.
  • Presenting feedback on projects to key stakeholders within Zocdoc.
  • Analyzing data and trends to determine the success of the project.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • At least 1 year of experience in a closing role; preferably in B2B in SaaS or similar marketplace industry
  • A compassionate but consultative and confident approach to selling

  • A fundamental understanding of the healthcare industry and the incentives of it’s primary constituents
  • The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
