CareRev, a 100% remote company,  is bringing the future of work to Healthcare. We are developing a robust marketplace that connects trusted Healthcare professionals to relevant per diem shift opportunities. We are working to change the traditional relationship between Healthcare professionals and Healthcare facilities alike, aiming to build a future that ensures people who work in Healthcare have better tools and are empowered to be the healers they want to be.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leverage technologies and optimize processes to drive sales success
  • Work with sales and BI teams to put plans, targets, reporting, and dashboards into place to support the achievement of sales goals
  • Partner with leadership to develop reliable sales forecasts and track performance
  • Provide pricing research and analysis for different markets, healthcare facilities, and professions
  • Help draft and facilitate sales proposals
  • Lead analysis in key areas to inform team strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of sales operations experience with a SaaS software company
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analysis skills
  • Natural ability to build rapport and trust with internal teams
  • A multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to initiate, drive, and own projects to completion with minimal guidance

CareRev is 100% remote. We have a small office in Los Angeles (Venice/Mar Vista) open for use by employees.
