Overview

Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia, SV Angel, and YCombinator. We’re a small team taking on the extensive mortgage market. We’re bringing a scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.
We are super excited to get our Sales Enablement Manager role on a roll! To be successful in this role you thrive on creating, improving and modifying sales enablement tools as well as rolling out training. You appreciate working with multiple cross-functional verticals of the business to deliver content, specific but not limited to the Revenue Organization with a strong focus on the sales process and examining the execution from a tooling perspective.
What You’ll Do:
Create and communicate incentive compensation plans across the Sales organization as well as drive scalable repeatable processes by leveraging Salesforce, Anaplan, Looker, Chartio, Excel, and Google Suite. In this role you should be comfortable analyzing large datasets and creating a narrative that’s supported by compelling analysis summarized in slides that you will report on a quarterly basis to the CFO and VP of Sales.
About you:
You are a person that takes pride in being a trusted strategic business partner to the Sales leadership team. You enjoy managing the end to end sales compensation function, including plan design, setting quotas, plan administration, driving systems requirements, reporting, training, and communications. You possess the ability to maintain a sales capacity planning model, with current data on sales performance, ramp times, ramped ACV productivity as well as monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of incentive compensation plans, payout reports and other essentials to the sales organization. At the end of the day…you are a results-driven self-starter that appreciates working with hard-working, no-nonsense, good people while staying hyper-focused on streamlining processes, etc.
