About the Role

We’re hiring a fully remote Sales Recruiter to bring in the talent that will support BentoBox in the next phase of growth. In this role, the Recruiter will own the full recruitment cycle for all Sales roles and will display extraordinary interpersonal skills as they guide candidates through our interview process and beyond. In addition, the Recruiter will collaborate with the broader People Team to build a world-class culture and company.

What You’ll Do

  • Hone and perfect BentoBox’s strategy for identifying, attracting, hiring, and retaining world-class outbound sales talent
  • Conduct pre-screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Manage the interview and offer processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with new hire orientation/onboarding
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that gives BentoBox a competitive advantage among other companies seeking top talent
  • Support BentoBox in continuing to foster an inclusive, diverse workforce
  • Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ successful years as a recruiter supporting the hiring process for a sales team; for internal candidates, this requirement is waived in favor of a strong knowledge of BentoBox’s product offerings and our outbound sales process
  • Strong, pleasant written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • An understanding of impactful interview techniques and the laws surrounding what’s appropriate to discuss in an interview
  • A desire to learn and assist with HR-related matters outside of recruitment
  • Experience with Greenhouse (or a comparable applicant tracking system) and G-Suite
  • Passionate about the restaurant industry (previous restaurant experience is a plus)
