What You’ll Do

  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales processes and best practices
  • Assist with sales training and onboarding for new team members
  • Help create new Salesforce dashboards and maintain existing reporting structure
  • Help manage our CRM system and other sales tools
  • Manage a support queue of infrastructure/tooling/process requests from sales leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Provide data analysis and reporting on sales performance and trends
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and business operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts


  • Have 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
  • Have 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with admin permissions
  • Understand sales processes and best practices (MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed Won/Lost)
  • Are proficient in Excel
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Netsuite experience
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations: Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Advanced SFDC knowledge: Flows, Process Builder, Page Layouts, Import Wizard, Data Loader
