Overview

Essential skills:

Customer interfacing experience

Strong knowledge on Salesforce ecosystem (preferred)

Experience in presales activity

Strong business analysis skills

Experience in modelling business processes

Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

Experience conducting workshops and training sessions

Clear understanding of development processes in SDLC

Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case development

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Required experience:

Must have demonstrated experience in gathering requirements by directly interacting with customers for CRM, web based and mobile related projects

Must have experience working closely with different stakeholders at customer, partner and technical teams

Must have knowledge preparing business requirement documents and ensures that there is integration between business and technology

Must have experience analyzing and modeling existing business processes.

Prepare current state of business process and desired future state

Experience working with Onsite-offshore model preferred

Exposure to tools preferred

Role description:

Handling presales related activities, do product/solution demo, take part in scoping activities, prepare proposal, requirement document, estimation, cost

Handle discussions with client and internal delivery team CRM Product sales team

Helping Lister implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Presenting the customer requirements and handing over to for execution.

Should be prepared to play BAs role when needed Requirements are the core of the Business Analyst’s role:

Requirements Gathering

Defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs

Assisting with the business case

Planning and monitoring

Eliciting requirements

Requirements organization

Translating and simplifying requirements

Requirements management and communication

Requirements Analysis

Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment

Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prepare project plan, effort estimation, prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities

Provide analytic support, partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.

Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
