The accounting team is looking for a senior accountant who will lead the accounting processes and scale the accounting functions. This role will focus on streamlining monthly financial reporting (moving the month-end process in-house), conducting the company’s first-time audit, and working closely with the controller on installing appropriate financial controls. Responsibilities will include balance sheet reconciliations, implementing and optimizing; revenue recognition according to GAAP, operational excellence, opportunities for process improvements, and automation across the organization. You will research, document, and form opinions on accounting topics by partnering with technical accounting.
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience including 2+ years in a Senior Accountant role at a fast-growing SAAS company. Experience in both public accounting and fast-growing companies would be a huge plus. CPA required with strong operational and technical accounting background preferred. Experience with a S-1 registration process and SOX compliance is strongly preferred. You have strong knowledge of internal controls, internal & external reporting, audit processes, and tax reporting. You are detail oriented, eager to improve existing processes, and can effectively prioritize.

Colorado applicants: This role pays between $90k – $110k annually plus participation in our equity plan (pay for other locations may vary).
